The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was firm, not too soft, not too hard. Bathroom was tiny but everything you needed was in there. A/C worked well, television worked well. Very nice, decent, very clean. Owner and other staff were very welcoming, very pleasant and very helpful
Decent hotel if you're on a budget ($50/night.) The refrigerator and ceiling fan didn't work, and it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed in but the AC and everything else was in good working order. Clean sheets & towels and no sign of bed bugs. The lady at the office was nice. I'd stay there again if I was driving through town again.
Stayed 2 nights,Manager showed me the room before any money.Stopped at 2 Hotels before here very rude took for ever to answer.Not here very quick Friendly.Needed thing's when I got Settled at the Door with them.Awesome
For the price it was a great room. Very clean. WiFi worked well. Had a mini refrigerator. Coffee maker. Recommend.
If you are on a budge this is the place for you. Each time we go to Harrisonburg we stay here because the owners are nice. It's dependable and it is the right price. If you are expecting the Hyatt or Marriott then go to the Hyatt or Marriott. I am thankful for smaller locally owned hotels like this that fits budgets like mine!
Friendly management, roof, tv, toilet, shower bed, wifi, working AC, mini fridge, quaint, scenic, near food and gas, and at a BUDGET price! Ya get what ya pay for! I hope to someday be able to stay a day again. Move over Bates Motel, BUDGET is In, !
The owners are great people and their staff. They are family oriented and willing to help you with anything they can. It's a great place to be convenient to downtown by JMU and the mall.
After spending hours driving out of D.C., we were all tired and just wanted sleep. Although it looks a little shady on the outside, we got exactly what we were wanting; a quiet evening to sleep and rest up for a long drive the next day.
